Bulgarian Real Estate Ltd. is a company quickly developing on
the market of real estates in Bulgaria. It is managed by Mr. Ivan
Kimanov and it is registered by a decision of Bourgas District Court,
BULSTAT 102878414, tax No.1021435968 and address of registration: town
of Bourgas, 20 "Makedonia" Str. Bulgarian Real Estate Ltd. is
specialized in complex services and assistance of its clients and
investors in the purchase and/or renting of all kinds of properties in
Bulgaria. Our aims are connected with satisfying their requirements
completely during the selling of real estate and with the services
concomitant with the procedure from the start till the end and even
after the completion of the purchase. Since it was established, the
company has adopted firm politics of successful and long-term business
contacts with local and foreign investors, building developers,
financial institutions and banks, legal and tax consultants. At the
same time in its efforts to satisfy the whishes and the preferences of
its clients and partners, Bulgarian Real Estate Ltd. continuously
increases and perfects the services relevant to the purchase, the
property management and the building of real estates in Bulgaria.
Our services:
- Meeting the client in Bulgaria and organizing his stay and traveling
around our country;
- Viewing of the property, making the client familiar with the circumstances

Our charges:
There is no commission for offplan properties!
Agents commission: For each property purchased with our help
and assistance we charge a commission of minimum 500 EUR or 3% from
the property price. Our commission is payable when paying a deposit
and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property.
Other expenses: Depending on each property there are other expenses
like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, etc.
These additional charges are very small. For example for a rural house
these are from 150 to 200 Euros. These should be paid separately by
the buyer.
Property transfer fee: 3% from the property price.
Company registration fee: Our team of lawyers will fully assist
you in registering your LTD company in Bulgaria. For registering a
company we charge a fee of 500 Euros.
Transport/taxi charges: If our company car is used for the viewing
trips we charge 0.20 Euros (approx. 0.14 £ GBP) per km to cover the
petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. This charge is equal
to the price charged by the taxi companies in Bulgaria. Most of our
cars are air-conditioned. This fee is refundable if you buy a property
from us. If you want to save our transport charges we highly recommend
renting a car at the most reasonable price from Sixt.
