Info: This new pretty house is located on the border between the new and the old town of the famous sea resort of Nessebar, the pearl of the Southern Black Sea coast and one of the oldest towns in Europe. It is situated on a small rocky peninsula in the northern part of Bourgas Bay, 2 km away from Sunny Beach. Bourgas, which is just 29 km away, is the 4th biggest town in Bulgaria and the regional centre with a port and an international port available and all modern amenities.
In Nessebar you can see well preserved valuable monuments from all periods of its thousand-year existence – ancient fortified walls from Roman times and the Medieval, Byzantium and old Bulgarian churches, and old-style houses from 18 and 19 centuries. In 1956 the old quarter of the town, situated on the Nessebar Peninsula and linked to the mainland by a narrow neck of land was declared an archeological and architectural reserve and in 1983 it was included in UNESCO list of world cultural heritage because of its rich historical significance. The old buildings are restored and new ones are built in an authentic style. Its cobbled streets, well-kept medieval churches and timbered houses lend the place its particular charm. You can go around looking at the wide choice of local artisan street wares or head for the shade of the many churches and museums to capture something of the rich and exotic past, with the Mediterranean spirit is in the air and the wooden upper floors of the houses forming an arch over your head.
North and south of the peninsula stretch beach strips covered with the finest sand along the Black Sea coast. To the north these are linked with the beaches of Sunny Beach.
Sunny Beach offers over 5 miles long and 30-60 m wide beach strip, fine golden sand, clean water and gently sloping sea bottom, a delightful park for strolling in and enjoying the air carrying the freshness of the nearby mountains. Even the hottest days are easy to bear and the nights are pleasantly cool as the average daily temperature in summer is 27°C. You can have a perfect rest in the numerous restaurants providing culinary pleasures and a good mood, cozy taverns with folklore shows and enchanting traditional music, bars with floor shows, night clubs, casinos, attractive discos and cafes.
