Info: The property we are delighted to present is a solid fully renovated two-storey house with a very well cultivated yard. The property is located in a calm village only 5 km away from the town of Pavlikeni, 35 km from the historical city and former Bulgarian capital - Veliko Tarnovo and about 20 km from the Varna-Sofia highway. The whole electrical installation is replaced with a modern one. The drainage system is also renovated. All the walls have been fine-plastered and painted white, wooden ceilings, varnished with a dark varnish. The present wooden ceilings and wooden walls at the “mehanas” have been sanded and varnished as well, using dark varnish. The floorboards, which is in a very good condition, has been varnished using colourless floorboard varnish. A stone barn of 120 sq. m. preserved in perfect condition is on your disposal in the yard. It may be transformed into a cookhouse, a workshop or a billiard house with minimal resources. The village is picturesque with fresh air and GSM coverage. There is a railway station, a few shops, a post office, a kindergarten and a school.
